We are expanding our reach! Check out the latest 2024 Full calendar year Impact Report.

What is this all about?

There are over 16,000 manufacturing businesses in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. The skills gap is real. We are facing a crisis of available talent driven by expected baby boomer retirements while needs for skilled labor are growing to enable economic expansion.

We must diligently engage and encourage rising students to pursue careers in manufacturing!

Robotic WorX: A plan to increase manufacturing capacity and solve the workforce challenge in Pennsylvania.
